The Operator   The system operator can conveniently access the information regarding condition, operation and output of the sonnen_system at any time with an account for the Sunny-Portal, which can be accessed from anywhere in the world.   2. The Sunny-Portal   The Sunny-Portal offers a user platform that combines all operational data of the sonnen_system into one. This information is evaluated, visualized and archived and can be sent in an email.   3. The Web-Box   The Web-Box is the link between the sonnen_system and the Internet by being in permanent contact with the Sunny-Portal, thus allowing for the continous exchange of data between the system operator and the unit.   4. The SolTrk   The SolTrk is the control unit of the sonnen_system. It is connected to the Webbox via a communication cable. Thus, it can be accessed from every Internet connection around the world. This guarantees the permanent remote access to the device and enables a fast, uncomplicated and cost-efficient access for the service staff.
